The Periodic Table

A fully procedural model of the Periodic Table of Elements. This generates the table and allows for interaction/modification based on a number of selections for each element. Additional data/features will be added at a later date or based on request. I will be updating this fairly regularly as I correct errors or add new features so if you notice an issue please check back or email me (cgfigures@gmail.com)

The 'Building Atoms' version of the table is also available for exploring. Please note: This is NOT an accurate model of how atoms form. It is also not an accurate recreation of the well known Bohr model.

The table currently contains selections based on:

• Year discovered
• Atomic number
• Atomic weight
• Atomic radius
• Electronegativity
• Electron affinity
• 1st Ionization energy
• Column/Row
• Classification (alkali metals, alkaline earth metals, etc)
• Block (s/p/d/f)
• State of matter (Solid/Liquid/Gas) as usually displayed on a periodic table
